The services provided may include, but are not limited to, creating galleries, uploading images, and managing access rights. All photos uploaded by users remain their exclusive property. Wedswan commits to never using these photos for commercial purposes or any other use not authorized by the concerned users.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
The pricing for Wedswan services, owned by DACALO FZ-LLC, is available on the website and may be modified without prior notice. Users agree to pay the full amount corresponding to the services ordered. Payment terms are indicated during the ordering process.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment by the user is validated. Wedswan reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of payment issues, service unavailability, or any other circumstance deemed appropriate.

Similarly, if the wedding date entered during registration has passed, or if any application features have been used (content creation, photo sharing, guest messages, etc.), this will be considered as usage of the service, and no refund will be granted, even within the withdrawal period.
9. Modification of Terms
Wedswan, owned by DACALO FZ-LLC, reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Users will be informed of changes through a notification on the website.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by the applicable law. Any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these terms will be subject to the competent jurisdiction.
