From when can I order my wedding photo QR Code?
You can order your wedding photo QR code starting today! Your wedding space will be activated within 24 hours: you can personalize it, and your guests can already access it by scanning the code. Storage time only starts on your wedding date, regardless of when you place your order. And of course, you can download all photos and videos to your phone before the storage period ends to keep them safe.
Do guests need to download an app for the wedding?
No, no app is needed! Guests just scan the QR code with their phone and access your personalized space directly through their browser.
Are my photos secure?
Yes. Only you and guests with the QR code can access the wedding space. Your data and memories are securely hosted, and we don’t share anything with third parties.
Can I use Wedswan for a birthday, christening, or another type of event?
Absolutely! Wedswan can be used for any event. The app adapts to any occasion where you want to bring your loved ones together and share photos, videos, and messages. Just let us know when ordering so we can tailor your space to your event.
I chose the “Lovebirds” plan, can I switch to the “Lovers” plan?
Yes, you can switch plans at any time. Simply contact us and pay the difference.
