• Custom showcase website: Give your guests access to the full schedule of your day (events, times, locations). They can also RSVP in just a few clicks, and you’ll receive their responses directly by email.
• Centralized photo gallery: Gather all the photos taken by your guests in one place. Relive your day through their eyes and discover unique moments captured by everyone.
• Digital guestbook: Receive personalized messages along with photos or videos from your loved ones. By default, messages and photos are visible to all your guests, but they can also be posted privately and only accessible by you.
• Video messages: Your guests can record a video message to congratulate you. A heartfelt and authentic way to capture their emotions, which you can watch again and again.
• Guest reminder emails: Two days after the wedding, your guests will receive an email reminding them to share their photos and messages.

How it works:

After purchasing your plan:

• If you already had a space, the restrictions will be lifted according to the plan you chose.
• If you didn’t have a space yet, one will be automatically created for you.

You can then download your QR code directly from your space.

Before the wedding:

To share your site, simply send your guests the QR Code along with your invitations or via message.

During and after the wedding:

On the wedding day, place the printable signs provided by Wedswan on your tables. Your guests will then be able to easily scan the QR Code to share their photos and messages.
